Office information. We focus on two kinds of law. The first kind is personal injury law. If you’ve been injured from some else’s negligence, then you may have a personal injury claim. Find out more information on our Personal Injury page, and take our Personal Injury Law Quiz.
We also focus on helping people who have been convicted of a crime. We take on cases where someone has just been convicted and wishes to appeal. This is known as a “direct appeal.” We also handle post-conviction motions. Post-conviction motions are known as “collateral attack” motions. They include Motions for New Trial and Motions to Withdraw Guilty Pleas (Rule 30 motions). Find out more information on our Criminal Appeals and Post-Conviction Motions page, and take our Criminal Appeals Quiz.
We service the entire state, from Berkshire to Boston, and Cape Ann to Cape Cod. We’ve handled criminal and civil cases in Superior and District courts throughout the Commonwealth. Check our numerous appeals to the Supreme Judicial Court and the Massachusetts Appeals Court by going to the official appellate court docket.
